Our Guaranteed Rental Income offer operates on the principle of certainty and peace of mind for property owners. We enter into a master lease agreement, committing to pay landlords  rent regularly, irrespective of whether the property is occupied or vacant. This arrangement shields landlords from the financial stress caused by vacancies or tenant turnovers, ensuring a stable and predictable income stream.

Multiple units 

We sign multi year leases for 5-10 units at a time. This can help you save time and money without needing to find multiple tenants to fill vacancy. We can be your last tenant!

Having our own in - house cleaning team allows us to have more control over small details while holding the highest cleaning and maintenance standards so that we can deliver a 5 star experience for each guest.
